Our ski holiday was amazing thanks to a fantastic location right next to the ski lifts. the rooms were spacious and warm with fully stocked kitchens. the staff were very helpful and the cleanliness was top-notch. Breakfast was tasty and varied, while the dinner was excellent. the facilities available were exceptional, including a cozy fireplace for a relaxing evening.
The cleaning service could have been better as they only did minimum cleaning each day.

This hotel is a great find for families as it is located very close to the ski lifts, making it convenient for getting on and off the slopes. The rooms are equipped with a well-equipped kitchen, which is perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals. Additionally, the prices here are very reasonable, offering excellent value for money.
My stay at this hotel was excellent and there is nothing that I feel could be improved upon.

Great spot for a ski holiday with excellent slope access and reasonable price. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, including fireplaces that were cozy. Staff were generally helpful, and the restaurant served decent food at a good price.
Although staff tried to be accommodating, the language barrier sometimes made communication challenging. there were no complimentary spa facilities or child-friendly activities on offer, and there could be long waits for transportation services.

The hotel had a great location for skiing, with the lift just a short walk away and easy access to the slopes. the room was clean and cozy, with a fireplace that added a nice touch. Plus, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
There were a few things that could have been better. the meals were limited and not very appetizing, and there was no flexibility in the menu.

The location is unbeatable, right on the slopes with easy access. The spacious studios and apartments are well-equipped with appliances and kitchen essentials. The price vs quality ratio is excellent. The staff is accommodating and friendly. The restaurant and bar staff, especially Alexander, provided excellent service. Communication before the holiday was hassle-free.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right next to the ski slopes. It's so convenient being able to walk straight onto the slopes without having to travel far. Additionally, there's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab any essentials you may need during your stay. The rooms are well-equipped with a kitchen, perfect for those who prefer to cook their own meals.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was great and we didn't encounter any major issues or concerns.

Right next to the ski slopes and the main ski slopes at Studenets-2. The hotel facilities are fully equipped with a kitchen and fireplace. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Cleanliness is top-notch.
